@plumbdand . Thanks for responding. idk if an AI definition is one I’d want to go by. Of course at this point we are beyond what it says anyway, but I’d be afraid to give a plant, with say 3 nodes, nutrients for early veg state plants. Do you agree? But anyway, I am at 4 nodes now so it’s inconsequential and either I did well or they’re starving. Lol! Right?! But they had their 1st true leaves, if I even have that definition correct which is debatable for real, 2 days after going into the CoCo and that’s why I don’t think giving veg nutes would be a great idea that early. But heck idk? Be good if I did know for next time if there winds up being a next time.
What stage the plant is in doesn’t matter for the purpose of starting feeding when in coco. You should begin feeding by the time the cotyledon leaves have yellowed.
Feedings should be escalated as the plant ages. A mature plant should be maintained at a runoff PPM of 1,000. Let’s let a coco grower advise on how that escalation is handled.
Okie doke. My understanding to go up .75 until at a certain point, but I could never really grasp that. I started at .4 for a couple gallons and then it was .55 to .66 and so on until today I think they’ve entered veg state with 4 nodes and I can go ahead to the 1.1, but idw burn them up, see? Like you say maybe somebody that does CoCo with more experience with see my post and now they have all needed info. Thanks for trying. I know you are great and very knowledgeable and I value your input. I just don’t know that we are understanding one another, maybe.
I dont grow in coco, I cant help you there. I think you’re over thinking it. Nothing when it comes to growing cannabis is black and white. There are a bunch of Coco users on this forum. Jacks321 Seedlings Coco
Coco and Jacks here. Been at 100% from day one. I did have some nute burn and overwater due to humid environment and poor drainage. @Borderryan22 what sayest thou?
