@Scott62, if your looking at tents i can only advise on not going with vivo sun. I have a 4x8 and a 4x4 vivo sun and the zippers are really substandard. Mine is working for me but is in a lung room with blackout curtains. If your at all concerned about light leakage dont go vivosun, youll be dissapointed

-dehumidifier also and have some ground hanging racks and some overhead hanging racks. (I’ve seen some of these in your pics

Frame the plastic so that wind will not expose.
Temp and RH control may be difficult.
Start monitoring the area, now, so that changes will be “recognized”.
