Skittles autoflower starting week 4

How far in flower is she now?? Looks like u can possibly do a small defol on a few bigger leaves off the tops to open up the newer sites to light. Id do just the ones blocking any new growth unless u can bend a few out the way and open up the center just a bit. Ull have alot more vertical growth start to happen also

Reading through @420growerva updates and knocking of the days for germ/seedling, I would put her middle to end of week 1?? :love_you_gesture:

I have not seen any hairs yet on the top, I did just notice some small hairs at the stems, so I would have to agree with @OGIncognito if she is flowering she is just starting, I was wondering about taking som leaves off but I have been seeing that with autoflower I am not suppose to take any leaves off but of course I’m new so I’m going off research, and I have been trying to tuck the bigger leaves down

I did get a trellis yesterday, should I go ahead and set that up?

Its up to u if u wanna try and keep it low and spread it out as much as possible.

It’s ok to prune a little, I pluck stubborn leafs that I can’t tuck or won’t stay out of the way. You’re growing an auto that has not been topped so agree with @Mark0427 on your call to SCOG. All depends on the ht of your light maxed out since you have not topped it and growing in a large pot, she is going to finish big. I would spread her out some more, you’re in the start of an auto stretch phase and the more your spread here out now, the more those lower bud sites will get the light. Keep tieing the sides down until the centers are even the. Keep them going at the same height. SOG is my preferred method for autos :love_you_gesture:

So I tried her down a few more time tried to make sure all tops are at even height, what do you think? And I think you guys are right I think she is preflowering as well, does that mean I need to switch to my bloom nutrients? Thank you for everything!!!

She does have pistils. Yay. Its a girl. Id still veg nutes for a week or 2 and then calmag water for a day or 2 then take it over slowly as in still do veg nuyes for a week or so with bloom nites added and slowly take away the stuff not needed if this makes sense.

Yeah sounds like something I would do changing food with a dog lol slowly introduce the new stuff and take away the old stuff if I’m right?

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is having an awesome day, here is my girl, one more week of grow nutes then it’s time for bloom to be introduced. Gave her a little trim yesterday. I do have one question, when should I flip my light off of veg and turn on bloom light? Thank you guys again!!

If she was a photo I would say now because you’re almost wall to wall and that would be how you would want to fill out a net. She being an auto it won’t matter on the light flip. you should be seeing a good stretch going on with the end of week 2 over. I would also start bloom nutes now. Keep training to keep all the colas as even as possible.

@OGIncognito should I do a couple of days of just calmag and water mixture first like @Mark0427 recommended?

You definitely need to supplement calcium and magnesium, you can add a little extra of part B Jacks and epson salt or a CalMag. I would mix 1 gallon of Jacks and a separate gallon of calmag and if you have recharge or supplement with bacteria and fungi. Those beneficial microbes are crucial for aiding absorption in the root zone. What size pot are you in? I ask because I would top feed both. If I remember you’re in a big pot??

@OGIncognito 10 gallon fabric pot. I’m in coco coir and perlite, I have voodoo juice for my root system so I will do a couple of days of just calmag and voodoo juice then I will start my grow reduction and introducing my bloom nutrients and stay with voodoo juice as well for the first couple of weeks, would it hurt to turn both veg and bloom lights on now for about a week then turn the veg light off?

She needs base nutrients as NPK, that’s your Jacks 321. The nutes you’re referring to are what she needs but not as crucial as the base nutes. Your. Are nutes are mobile and travel where it’s needed for a lack of better terms and without nute deficiency is going to start showing up. In a 10 gallon pot in coco you should feed/water/feed every day. I feed everyday when everything is on track. Coco is like hydro growing with an airy texture, meaning you can’t drown her.

@OGIncognito I have advanced nutrients sensi grow for coco A and B, a bottle of calmag, sensi bloom for coco A and B and a bottle of voodoo juice, what would you recommend for me? she gets feed 11ml of nutrients in a gallon of water every day, 2 gallons of water 1 for A and 1 for B every morning when the light comes on

I’m not familiar with that nutrient line, but if like most you have a veg schedule and a flower schedule and both with added supplemental nutrients. One of the reasons I went Jacks, same mix all the way through with base nutes.

Good morning everyone, I hope everyone has a great labor day weekend!! This is Jolene (zkittles autoflower) she was dropped in coco coir on July 4 and sprouted 4 days later (no germination before she was put in the coco), she is in a 3x3x6 tent with a 600w full Spectrum light, I have turn both bloom and veg light on for her, she is feed with advance nutrient sensi grow and bloom for coco coir, half dose grow and half dose bloom, she is in a 10 gallon fabric pot with LST, she is on a 18/6 light schedule, temp runs between 68 and 79, humidity runs between 42 and 60, any input, feedback or info is always greatly appreciated. First time grower in a tent, very very little experience growing outside
