Skittles autoflower starting week 4

Ok I have mixed reviews on my plant I have been told she is stunned, here is my info, this is a skittles autoflower bought from your website :+1: she is growing in mother earth coco coir and perlite mix only, I have been watering her every day when the light comes on, she got a full dose of nutrients and root strengthener today, she is starting on week 4 today, any help would be greatly appreciated or even reassurance that I’m doing something rright lol  this is my first time growing in a tent

Hard to tell how she looks with those blurple lights. Plants will appear to stall but actually their roots are growing. Good luck! :+1:t2::v::sunglasses:

This is why I don’t do autos. She might surprise you in the next couple of days and shoot on up. She might start flowering next week.

Looks good to me! :clap:t2::clap:t2: Yeah you never know when they’ll flower. Only experience with a particular strain and you will have a better idea.

I have one that is 42 days old and hasn’t started flowering yet and then some on here have some that started to flower within 3-4 weeks. Good luck? :+1:t2::v::sunglasses:

When did u start feeding it nutrients?? Should be from the beginning and everyday she gets watered while small like that dont saturate it but make sure shes wet. Water a ring around the plant base like 8 or 10 oz worth slowly keep moving out with the water ring to promote the roots to stretch out for the wetness dont let the middle dry but keep the outside edges nice and good with food and water the roots will stretch for the water and food. Just keep middle from drying out tho too. At this size u can maybe do a feed water feed water for a few then all feeds. Start feed off slow quarter or half recommended dose. What brand nutes u using. Do u have ph meter ppm meters

My very first grow about 3 years ago was with autos my friend gave me but i grew them outside and i water them every day with calmag water mix and that’s all I did the pictures is that grow 3 years ago

I started feeding nutrients the second week and I was doing a quarter of the recommended dose but I only did it one day out of the hole week, the rest of the week was just water, the start of week 3 I stepped up to half the recommended dose, she got feed 4 times that week with nutrients and the rest was water, today was start of week 4 and I did a full dose of nutrients today and was planning on feeding her nutrients 6 out of the 7 days, the 7th day she will get just water, I am using advanced nutrients sensi grow for coco coir a and b with voodoo juice

Over watering is one of the main issues with stunted growth.

As Marine said, I don’t mess with autos, but have seen growers do very well with them. She literally could start flower at any time.

I would start them in solo cups for future reference, most of us do.

Gotcha, I wanted to start her in something smaller but what I have read says not to transplant autoflower, thank you for the info greatly appreciate

Welcome. Many auto growers still start in solo cups and move to forever home after a few weeks.

Welcome to the club @420growerva, you could have a runt, but a healthy looking 1. I’ve had auto runts put out some nice dense buds so don’t worry. Like @Mark0427 said, maybe water /feed/water/ feed for a good week or so. I’m not familiar with that medium and how soon nutrients should be used, if it’s organic I could offer up something better, but do agree with Mark on low dosage and water. When you said coming up on week 4, was that from the day it broke ground? If so, consider it almost 2 weeks old. I just finished an auto run with posted harvest dates and running 6 more as a duration experiment. Check it out, Old School Garage closet grow auto run. :love_you_gesture:

I really appreciate all this, you guys are helping me so much, I’m count the weeks from when I drop it in the coco coir, it took about 3 to 4 days to sprout, I’m very new to all this and dont know when to start to count weeks lol, I have moved my light down as well I had it 3 ft from top of plant and I have now moved it down to 14inches above her, thank you so much again for helping me!

Ok usually with autos about 30 days give or take a few unless major issues were involved but usually all mine start glower after about 32 days roughly. Once u see little white pistils pop even in 1 spot thats when i start my days of flower. Anout 21 days from that day ull notice a good stall thats a good time to defol and get the lollipop done on it so it can focus on what u want to be good buds. Ull get the hang of it. Its like raising a kid man. Just in plant form. Itll become a habit to do certain things and ull start planning ahead so ur ready. Ull see. Its addicting

I grow autos… and you can start in a Solo cup but take it out before the roots start to get to the bottom of the cup so there’s no really no transplant shock I always start mine in the final container I did a 1 gallon grow this time caramelicious Auto flower day 51 31 inches taLl

You got this, biggest mistake I Made was comparing my plants pics to everyone else and thinking I needed to add this, do something different etc. I have to remind myself to keep it simple and if they’re healthy. keep doing the same thing. Here are a few autos in week 3 for my experiment. Sour D and Northern Lights :love_you_gesture:

@OGIncognito hello how are you? I was wondering if you could give me your insight on what you think the spots are on the one set of big leaves, I don’t know if its nutrients burn or if its telling to add some more nutrients, thank you so much!!
