Hopefully it will be fine. I mean it doesn’t need the shell.
Saturday, November 18. Day 26 of flower.
Day 23/ day 5 above ground.
I mixed 2 gallons of Jacks 4/2 starting with silica, added leftovers and tribus, 5.78PH and 1.85EC. 1 Gallon each to the clones in flower 28% and 35% run off. The potential mothers got 12oz each. The sprout got 5ml around the edges and I misted inside the dome of the planted seed. The seedling got nothing.
Skippy that is looking green as hell!
Sunday, November 19. Day 27 of flower.
Day 24/ day 6 above ground.
I mixed 2 gallons of Jacks 4/2, starting with silica and ending with tribus, added leftovers, 5.78PH and 1.81EC. I fed 1 gallon to each clone in flower, 27% and 34% run off. The sprout got 10ml, the seedling got 6oz. The potential mothers got 12oz each. I put a second screen on the cart and did some pretty heavy defoliation. I would have done more but ran out of energy.
About time!
Don’t worry, I have been sitting here trying to figure out if I can harvest 2 plants at a time 10 times next year, or every 5 weeks. I think it is an unrealistic goal (for me), so that is probably what I will shoot for! The girls in flower now should come down around Jan 8 so I need to move 2 more plants into the flower tent Dec 4. That is only 2 weeks from now, so I better start thinking faster! It will probably consist of one of the potential mothers and the first Pure Indica going on the next cart. Need to do some transplanting tomorrow!
If this was just pause before you go ape …
Monday, November 20. Day 28 of flower.
Day 25/ Day 7 above ground.
I mixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 w/tribus, added leftovers, 5.78PH and 1.75EC. The 2 clones in flower got 1 gallon each with 35% run off. Two of the potential mothers got 12oz. The seedling got 4oz. The sprout got 5ml around the edges. The still not visible seed got the inside of the dome sprayed along with just a bit on the coco. In deciding my masterplan for the coming year, I removed the 2 potential mothers that are cuttings from Banana Kush #7 and White Tahoe Cookies #2 from the tent. They were transplanted up from the solo cups they have been in for more than 3 months to 3 gallon grow bags filled with used coco, They were watered in with 32oz of Jacks each, no run off. Then left in the bathtub and getting sprayed with neem oil despite no evidence of critters with a fan to dry them off. Moved them into the 2x4 tent with the vent fan above drainage pans and put name tags on them. These 2 will be the next thing going into the flower tent.
They don’t look so good after the rough handling today, I expect they will explode with growth soon enough. I will grab cuttings from them before getting flipped into flower. I moved the HLG 135 rspec back into that tent, still on a 6/2 timer. I then moved the 2 potential mothers-Banana Kush #6 and White Tahoe Cookies #1-along with the Pure Indica seedling. sprout, and planted seed into the same tent.
I knew the Pure Indica won’t be ready on my timetable, so at least the 2 above ground now will be ready in about 7 weeks when the 2 clones in flower get the chop. The 2 transplanted today will get moved into the flower tent in 2 weeks or less. Edit: I will check DLI after lights come back on.
It’s still Monday. I checked the DLI in the 2x4 tent and then changed the wattage of the light from 48 to 95 watts. The DLI went from 16 to between 32 and 35 at the top of the 2 transplants. The top of the screen in the 4x4 flower tent is between 40 and 48 DLI.
I’m glad you got all that worked out Skippy. I don’t have a master plan for tomorrow.
Tuesday, November 21. Day 29 of flower.
Day 26/ Day 8 above ground.
Everybody in the 2x4 tent seems much happier with the lights turned up. I mixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 starting with silica, added leftovers, and tribus, 5.78PH and 1.85EC. The clones in flower got 1 gallon each with 33% run off. The transplants got 2 quarts each with some run off. The 2 potential mothers got 12oz each. The seedling got 8oz. The sprout got 30ml. The unseen seed got the dome misted. I spent 10 minutes or so doing some more defoliation on the clones on the cart.
I still can’t believe you’re back to here again already.
Wednesday, November 22. Day 30 of flower.
Day 27/ Day 9 above ground.
That 3rd pic is after I did a heavy defoliation on all 3 of the oldest clones/cuttings in this tent. That is the 2 on the left in the grow bags and the top right one in the solo cup. Those cuttings were taken August 1, or 16 weeks ago and there is lots of small growth in the center of these clones that I was trying to remove. Probably won’t be able to tell they were touched in a day or two. I shall give up on the last seed planted in a day or two. That will give me 2 Pure Indica plants with 18 days of growth difference between them and they should have about 7 weeks before moving into the flower tent. I mixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 with silica and tribus, 5.78PH and 1.85 EC. The 2 girls in flower got 1 gallon each with 33% run off. The 2 transplants got 2 quarts each with some run off. The 2 cuttings in the solo cups got 12oz each. The larger seedling got 8oz and the smaller got 30ml.
Thursday, November 23. Day 31 of flower.
Day 28/ Day 10 above ground.
Happy Thanksgiving! I mixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 w/silica and w/ tribus, 5.78PH and 1.9EC. The clones in flower got 1 gallon each with 36% run off. The transplants got 2 quarts each. The potential mothers got 120z each. The seedlings got 4 and 8 oz each.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving Skippy! Plants are looking awesome.
Friday, November 24. Day 32 of flower.
Day 29/ Day 11 above ground.
I mixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 w/si and tribus, 5.78PH and 1.8EC. The girls in flower got 1 gallon each with about 40% run off. The transplants got1/2 gallon each. The potential mothers got 12oz each along with some defoliation. The larger seedling got 8 oz and the smaller one got nothing.
Saturday, November 25. Day 33 of flower.
Day 30/ Day 12 above ground.
Imixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 w/si and tribus, added to leftovers, 5.78PH and 1.85EC. I fed 1 gallon to each clone in flower and got back 40% run off. I fed 1/2gallon to each transplant, 12oz to each clone mother, and 8 oz and 4 oz to the 2 seedlings.
Sunday, November 26. Day 34 of flower.
Day 31/ Day 13 above ground.
I mixed 4 gallons of Jacks 4/2 w/si and tribus, 5.78PH and 1.81EC. The 2 clones in flower got 1 gallon each and had 38% run off. The 2 transplanted clones got 2 quarts each with 50% run off. The 2 potential mothers and the larger seedling got 12oz each, the small one got nothing. I removed all plants from the 2x4 and centered and raised the HLG 135 rspec light up as high as it can go and also raised the wattage up from 92 to 118 watts. I took the transplanted clones and spread them out using pipe cleaners and trimmed some of the growth away from the center of those 2 plants. I will probably need to keep moving stuff around in there for another week until moving those transplanted clones into the flower tent. A pic of how I left things.
In that picture across the front counter clockwise are the 2 Pure Indica seedlings and the White Tahoe Cookies #1 Mother in the right hand corner. Behind that is the Mother for the Banana Kush #6, this came from one of the clones in the flower tent right now. And then the 2 transplanted clones that had been potential mothers, White Tahoe Cookies #2, and lastly Banana Kush #7 on the left side in the back. Those 2 look pretty rough after the torture lesson today but I’m hoping the roots have been filling up those grow bags and will take off now. I would really like to move them into flower by December 4, although I guess I could just go ahead and put them in there now.
On the Pure Indica it Works and makes good bubble hash.
Monday, November 27. Day 35 of flower.
Day 32/ Day 14 above ground.
I mixed 3 gallons of Jacks 4/2 w/si and tribus, added leftovers, 5.78PH and 1.75EC. The clones in flower got 1 gallon each with 25% and 28% run off. The 2 transplants got 2 quarts each. The 2 potential mothers and larger seedling got 12oz each, the smaller one got nothing. A final look down at the 2x4 tent.
