I used to do that. A cup of coffee at night would help put me to sleep because it got me warm 
Hear that it heepls me relax guess im wired wrong 
My biological father had to have a cup before bed or he couldn’t sleep. And I guy I met at drug rehab had to have one and a packet of iodized salt for leg cramps. A Dr had to write him a prescription for caffeinated coffee and the salt pack. We couldn’t have caffeine in rehab is the reason for the script. So your not alone My Brother.

My wife has a cup before bed and usually gets up at least once for a cup. She said she don’t sleep good, I said no wonder, with all that coffee! It wires me, two cups and I’m crawling the wall like Spider-Man!

Waiting for drywall to be finished, primed, and paint, then major clean for floor coverings, and trim it out, they have a crew of cleaning ladies waiting for the word to clean up and start filling the house back up, my Niece works for a cleaning company and got parents a 70% cost reduction for the job.
