Should I trim the smaller flowering sites

Hi everyone. First time poster here. I am growing my first plant. It’s Blue Dream. It’s been a lot of fun. I have nervously given it a trim/prune a couple of times however I’m a little unsure about whether I am supposed to remove the smaller flowering sites that are coming off each stem so that all the energy is focussed on big buds at the end of each stem. Any advice on how to proceed here? She can’t be far away from flowering I don’t think but no signs yet. Any advice would be really helpful.

Dang I wish I could grow outside. Lol
Personally, the plant looks full and beautiful! Defoliation before removing any bud sites.

Is she an auto flower or Femenized seed? You could always start LST and super cropping while she is still in veg. When she decides to start flowering she’ll still double in height during “the stretch.”

She’s a feminized seed. I did consider doing some LST but I wouldn’t really know where to start with it.

Thanks mate. So do you think the smaller flowering sites should stay?

I think for now they should honestly. I’m not sure if I can link a YouTube video that I absolutely love on the subject but I will try.

Basically from the top of each stem, count down 3 nodes. All the little off shoots lower than the third node get plucked, but leave the fan leaves that are still pulling in that amazing sunlight. Your goal is to maximize air flow to minimize mold and nasty stuff under the canopy.

Ahh right so if there is a leaf to that isn’t getting any sun, I should remove it?

Awesome thank you for this

Good morning, nice healthy lookin plant! Yes if there’s a leaf not getting sun but before removing it try stretching the limbs down and spreading the plant and so light will get in. Just gentle pulling and tying. See some might not need to be removed. Consider outdoors your plant gets better light than with a lamp hanging overhead.

Hellz yeah! It may sound crazy, but even if you accidentally snap a branch off, you can use that as a clone.

Hey @Kiwidude101 if you get her tied down post a pic. Taken from the side-view and down low, so we can see it’s undergrowth. Before you cut anything off. Somebody might do some doodles over your picture and reload it with suggestions what to cut.
