Should i transplant? week 3 preflower/starting budsites now

Just pruned fan leaves in the way of worthy budsites last week..she just bounced back today after watering. She started preflower/ showimg bud pistils around august 10. I know its risky but im debating on tranplanting asap..she seems like she may be rootbound.. ..(todays first day back to standing leaves , even before pruning fan leaves was drooping..no bud rot visible and she looks smells fine. Seems like its a little slower to stack bud than my other 4 plants .and those LOOK like they are 2weeks ahead by comparison . Do you think its worth the risk to just add 5gallons? Will i even get more bud if i do ? If i dont? Does she look stunted? Shes about 5ft tall and already at least a foot of branch stretching past circumference of pot. Bracnches are a little more flimbsy then id like also , afraid she might snap one or two so i overpruned those branches.

Welcome to ILGM @Herbexos . See no need to transplant. Rootbound in fabric will be busting with roots out of the pot. Drooping will occur naturally as the plant adjusts to its environment and watering schedule. Plant looks fat and happy.

Since you’re in flower I wouldn’t risk a full transplant. Shock during flower can cause herm. What I’ve done in the past is just put my fabric put in a bigger pot and the roots will grow through the smaller fabric pot until they hit air. The beauty of fabric!!! But the plant looks happy so keep on chugging my friend!!!

I agree, don’t transplant. Very unlikely you’ll get issues with being root bound in fabric pot as the roots can and will go through the pot.

Your biggest issue will be if you’re constantly moving the pot. Roots will grow through bottom of pot and start to grow in soil beneath. Moving pot can damage these roots and if severe enough display symptoms similar to transplant shock.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Your plant is beautiful.:victory_hand:t3:
