I get yellowing mid to late flower almost every time, by Harvest Time my leaves are pretty ugly, but so far has not seemed to affect potency or yield. As long as the buds are doing fine, I quit caring about yellow leaves during flower.

When my plants get into flower stage and the big fan leaves yellow or eaten by a bug or wind damaged off they come.
The plants getting no gain from them at this stage and maybe even holding the plant back a bit having it there.
Remove it and let new light into deeper parts of the plant and flowers…
My 2 cents worth @fast-grow
Cheers :beers:  :v:

Thanks @Blackmoon one things for sure I’m not good at sitting around. I’ve ditched the cane in the house but bring it outside because of snow and ice. I’m 3 weeks into recovery 3 more weeks before I’m aloud to drive or sit in a low chair or regular toilet lol! Or lay on my side or reach my feet in the shower. Oh the the things we take for granted

Can’t keep me out of the kitchen Hubby gets out the pots and pans for me.
2 sourdough focaccia one garlic onion and parmigiana, one everything bagel topping.

Oh wow that baking looks delicious
And yes it is amazing how we take our working bodies for granted.
Yet til we have injury we have no reference
Most of my pain and restrictions ive had this round since August is coming from the hip/pelvis muscles
Long slow road to recover fully
So many muscles just gone to sleep causing other muscles not designed to do the work which caused a lot of knock on affect
Ie my low back hurts so bad.
Im focused on my recovery its just so slow :snail:
And sitting which i have to do so much of slows progress then i get sick of not sitting and pay the price.
Keep up the good work with recovery :+1:
And baking :yum:
Cheers  :v: :clinking_glasses:

Im not a chiropractor, but i did build a decompression table to fix my never ending back issues…
Not a teeter hang up…
Actually a decompression table…
Locks you in for the decompression…
Now im fixing everyone that i know , even without back issues…
Your never really sure that you are compressed, until your not and thats right about the time i pull your head right out of your a$s…
Its for real…
Complete realignment in a split second…
Very crazy…
But it absolutely works…
Wish i could help all of you for nothing…
I know everyone’s pain…
Trust me…
Was hit by a car at the age of 13 at 87 miles an hour…
True stuff…

I know just what you mean I’ve been limping and dragging myself up stairs by on leg for 6 years so I have some adjustments to make walking lists of other pains caused because of it.
I’m a fast healer so here I come world watch out. Lol!
Sending you some healing vibes now that I have some extra. Hope you feel better soon.

Ill take a pic , trust me , its definitely mid-evil looking…
But its a proven therapy…
My wife pulls me at least once a month…
No more issues…
And anyone that i know with back issues gets fixed by me in just a couple of minutes…
And i haven’t had to adjust anyone since i started doing it…
I built it about 7 month’s ago and nobody has needed another adjustment as of yet…
Its so crazy how well it works…
Life changeing really…
My wife unfortunately isn’t strong enough to get the problem i am dealing with at the very bottom of my back , one click from relief…
Its really not her fault …
But ya , wish i could help all you guy’s with back issues…
The towel is to wrap around your neck and the two polls are there to lock your hips into place , notice the different holes for different sized people…
And the crate is for your legs to sit on for a deeper pull…
Like i said , very mid-evil… :upside_down_face:

Nice to hear from you again @peachfuzz
Been a while
Thanks for your consideration and well wishes
Looks a mighty gadget you have created and no doubt works wonders.
Be really great to see a picture with you in it not necessarily disclosing your identity of course.
Treatment for low back and pelvis si joint is a real case by case scenario
Not all injury will respond to the same treatment.
It can be quite complex in some situations
I have an inversion table and using that with my current situation actually agrovates the cause of my pain
In saying that id give your table a go gently.
Many years ago i went to this chiropractor in an old rusty tin shed paint peeling off the walls and he did something similar but had me laying face down ankles in stirups and hands holding grips above my head and he stretched my back out with a pully attached to my ankle stirups and pulled the dorsal fins of the vertebraes up gripping them between his fingers
Was a great release and relief
This was done after a hot moist towel had been placed on my back first.
The osteotherapist im seeing at the moment is very switched on and turned in.
The cost stops me from seeing him more often and he never asks me to come back
Like many practitioners will
Really apriecate your imput and best intentions
Cheers :beers:  :v:
