Since I live in the USA. I was wondering why my shipments never made it.
Got the package with a nice note that they were confiscated and destroyed.
Now what do we do
send customer service an email with a pic of the confiscation letter, and they should send another batch out…
@greg57 I had this happen to me a few weeks ago contact Customer Service Contact ILGM - We'd Love to Hear From You! they will take care of the situation for you thank you for informing us but I can promise you it will be taken care of you will be asked for a photo copy of the letter and they will be sending you right out a new shipment Contact ILGM - We'd Love to Hear From You!
Also I would suggest a new shipping address and just for everybody’s information I would also suggest that you never have anything sent to the address you plan on using to grow … that is not a very good decision… always have shipments of nutrients or anything else sent to a different address … even if you’re legal… ![]()
