I received an email from usps explaining that they have lost my order. Can anyone tell me the process i need to do so i can get another order shipped as promised from ILGM?
Contact the seedbank. They will utilize the same tracking information that was provided to you to confirm. Then go from there.

Careful of scams. I get those all the time. Have you ever given usps your email. Not ILGM but usps.

No unfortunately this isnt a scam, i have spoken multiple times a day with them because its been stuck at the main distribution center since the 21st. When i called earlier they said they would send me a letter via email with their office,phone number and an apology, they also advised me to forward the email to ILGM of course i didnt tell them who ilgm was but i jave the proof its lost and its been at the same facility an hr away for 6 days! Im so frustrated but im trusting ILGMs word tbat they replace lost orders. Ive been calling 2 or 3 times a day every day after it was suposed to be delivered, i jad a usps supervisor look into it. I would put the email up here but have been advised in the past not to share personal contact imfo
Best bet. No one here can really help beyond this. Providing information and correspondences you’ve had with them should be told to the store. screen shot everything and tell them what you’ve mentioned here.
Ok i get that but this forum is what sold me on ordering from them. Especially all the ads that were popping up.on every thread and reading people’s testimonies of how great they are
They are. They are very good at what they do. I don’t see how that has to do with usps. they can’t control usps and how usps handles packages. as long as it’s all verified they will replace them.
Provide tracking number and order number along with the support request. Holiday so expect delays.

Im not blaming ilgm ,im stating that im worried ill never get what i paid for,i dont order anything online due to this . Its alot of trust and alot of money to put out at this time of year(holidays) so dont dont mistake me for blaming ilgm, i am not. I am only attempting by any means to get what i paid good money for
Plus this time of the yr any delivery source is getting swamped by the piles,and the work force in these has never been more slack, our work force is suffering from IDGAS anymore! Just my opinion.

To be honest they are so popular, if someone recognized the return address/package someone at usps probably stole them.

My own local post office is so sorry i had to drive tothe next town over,12 minutes and tbey bent over backwards for me while my own post office just looked at me with a blank stare saying they can only see the same as me just trackimg info, i said its been an hr away for 6 days. Why cant i just drive and pick up? No help and no s**** given . I own a small carpentry buisness and id lose every customer if i had that attitude. So you couldnt be more right
I’ve been in this situation myself. Too many times to count. The worst was with Amazon. I think we are still waiting on presents we ordered over a year ago and Amazon won’t do sh!t about it. Luckily ILGM stands behind their word. Don’t stress!
Ive honestly thought exactly what you said about them stealing it,and it being wilmington, de yeah id say they would do something like that because its a trashy big city. Oh and mainly price the thieves or if a Hurricane hits supply, yep, I remember yrs ago getting drywall so hot from press you could not handle it.
