I have been ripped off before over the internet, so please understand if it seems like I am freaking out.

Order #519227

You processed my payment on 2/10/2020.

Your website indicates that normal order processing time is two days, but that it can take up to seven days. Well, day seven has come and gone, and I haven’t heard pip from ILGM.

So, I guess in a nutshell, I would like to know whether you are an actual company that is going to fulfill my order or have I been conned out of $277? And if you ARE a legit company, then I would like to know what is going on with my order. When do you expect it be processed?

I’ve had many successful transactions with ILGM. It’s not amazon prime, sometimes patience is key.

I have to say I usually have my seeds in hand 14-21 actual days from paid on my orders.
I haven’t missed a delivery yet from ilgm.

Not only that but there are International boundaries and timezones that affect service. Have patience.

I had one order intercepted by Customs and all it took was a picture of the notice and I had my replacements a week later.

I don’t really appreciate your off topic rant in my thread. Continuing to post this garbage in here will get you to a 9 much faster, I’m absolutely sure of it.

You’re probably right.

I should just take the $277 loss and find my seeds elsewhere.

I can understand being frustrated, but can guarantee you that you are NOT being ripped off. They are in Europe so response time can be delayed.

I’ve tried lots of seedbanks and ILGM is one of, if not the best at making things right. And, their genetics are top notch.

Customer service will be with you in due time and you will get your order.

What do you mean Customs? They dont sell to Canada, where else do they sell em?

I’ve bought 3 batches of seeds from ILGM, got some free replacements for failed-to-germinate too. Solid company with excellent customer service.

Smoke a fat one, chill out and all will be well

ILGM has sent me about 5 different shipment, not fast but they all got here with zero lost in $, ending up with more than I even paid for.

RELAX it could easily be 2 weeks yet depending on your location. ILGM has more than proven their value honesty and thoroughness to me, well over that amount $ each time and flawlessly delivered.

I can understand your worries but it’s not needed. Your order will ship out very shortly now.

I see you emailed us 3 times in the last 8 hours. Please note that we are located in a different time zone, one of us will get back to you within 24 hours max. But mostly we already reply within 12 hours. :slight_smile:
