Seedlings no popping thru soil

They are in a starter dome when I watered them I literally didnt even use a shot glass worth of water because every thing told me to get it moist not soaked. After that I have only sprayed a fine mist once and the dome hOlds the humidity in great my light is 5 inches from top of dome I guess I’m just trying to rush it I just have to remember to be patient. I juse threw some beans out in my garden and didn’t pay attention to how long they took I just seen them one day. I just heard from somewhere that they were sup posed to be between .5 and 1 inch so I just used the middle

Some beans can take a day, some longer. I had one take 11 days. It almost got binned.
