Wedding crasher strain 8 days out the ground. I seen this yellow spot devoloping for almost 4-5 days. Any ideas what it could be or if I should be concerned?
Gonna need more information. Fill out support ticket so we can get a full idea of whatâs going on. Doesnt look like much to worry about right now. Soil? How often are you watering? Have you added anything?

I gave my 2 biggest plants nutes last night for the first time. I ended up going with earth juice rainbow mix the plants reacted very well. The spots were there before I ever gave nutes
I have 4 still living from the initial 7 that went into the ground. 2 of them are nowhere near as developed my 2 leading ladies lol. N I donât think one is going to make it. Cotys are already yellowing I was thinking of tryin to give it some nutrients?
Since Iâm still learning and this is my first attempt at growing Iâve been germinating and planting and germinating and planting so I have 2 more that sprouted 1/22 and one that sprouted yesterday 1/23. All plants are on the same watering schedule as of now with the exception of the 2 largest who I gave nutes to last night. Theyâve reacted very well so far. Iâm trying to wet/dry cycle to the best of my abilities, and when I watered them last night it was crazy how fast I could see them perk up. Exciting stuff haha
Any feedback or advice on how to proceed with the different aged plants is greatly appreciated also!
I wanted to use the Jacks 321. But in the last minute of being high and wanting to feed/water the plants ASAP (I was worried I was taking the drying out too far) I went with the rainbow mix which I felt like I had less of a chance of messing up. I worked the dry mix into the top layer of soil, added a little fresh soil to support the stem more then added 4-5oz of 6.0 ph water. I was thinking of going with the Jacks 321 for the 1/22 girls and continuing the others with rainbow mix. Or would I be making it hard on myself?
First 4 sprouted 1/16
This one looks like the shell was stuck or the skin membrane was stuck. Again wouldnât be worried.
Iâm new to jacks but after administration on my flowering plants and a seedling it seems like a simple, gentle feeding regimen so far. Not familiar with your other choice.
How did you feed it to the seedling? Same ratio just at a dose of 3-4oz?
I pre-watered a one gallon fabric pot with 1/3rd gallon of full strength solution.
This means you do NOT feed! If you do you risk all kinds of issues.
Plant shown is fine; likely cause is a bit of condensation burned the leaf by âlensingâ.
Media looks very wet: plants to not extract moisture from soil at this stage; instead itâs collected through the leaves. Put a dome over plants (clear Solo cup) and mist the inside of the dome twice a day with distilled water. Do that for the first 12 days and likely ready to transplant at that point.
I didnt have the gallon or 2 of dechlorinated water I would need to make the nutrient water either. Thatâs another reason I last second went with Earth Juice. I wanted to do the Jacks 321 smh could link me to a feeding schedule for Jacks 321?
Itâs literally full strength from seedling to harvest. Thatâs the main appeal IMO. Also very cheap.
3.6 grams Jacks Hydroponic 5-12-26
2.4 grams Jacks Calcium Nitrate 15-0-0
1.2 grams Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt)
This seems to be the consensus around here. I copied that from another thread. My instructions that came with the ebay kit were slightly different.
1-2 times a week?
And is that per gallon?
That is per gallon yes. I thought you were in pro mix hp, the soilless one, or are you in dirt?
Pro mix hp
Ok so make sure you include the hp part and donât say soil or you will get wrong advice. You are âsoilless.â
I grow in dirt so let one of the coco/soilless guys guide you on feeding.
You could check out hell raisers coco jacks journal or use search function there are a million people here growing soilless with jacks. Wealth of info available.
