Seedling leaves starting to curl and turn yellow

Hey everyone, this is my second time trying to grow and I’m seeing an issue that I had before. These seedling sprouted 4 days ago and I’m starting to see signs of distress in the leaves. Any idea what could be causing this?

Grow info:
Indoor
Fox farm happy frog soil
Light nutrients, (one dose of the fox farm “big bloom” fertilizer)
Watered daily
Light is sayhon 2000w led, spaced 20 inches above on full power

Any help would be amazing

They look fine overall. Some variegation and wonky leaves are normal at this stage.

There is no need to start feeding until the cotyledon leaves start to wither. Those two small rounded leaves provide a lot of nutes for the plant to start growing.
FF soil has nutes in it already. There is a balance, don’t over do the nutes or it’ll burn the plant and is hard to recover from.
Go back to using just water the next two weeks, water enough to make the soil completely damp, about every three days to allow the roots to get oxygen as the soil dries.
At this stage and really any stage less is more. Find a reliable source for feeding big bloom dilution and get into a routine.

Welcome to the community. In my opinion you don’t need your light at more than 65% for now. Crank it up to 100% when she is in flowering. Also as said don’t need nutrients for the first 3-4 weeks with happy frog. You can put a clear solo cup over the seedlings until the leaves reach the edge of the cup. Also spray or mist the inside of the cup. Not much water needed at this stage and about 4” away in a circle around the plant. Ph to around 6.

I would only be spraying them with a mist of water and covering with a clear cup at this point. And when I would put water in the soil pour around cup just a little. I also take the cup off a few hours every day to let them breath then spray after they dry off and cover again. Point is you don’t want the soil that is touching stem to be to moist.
Just what I would do.

I don’t ph my water in seedlings stage so that plants don’t uptake heavy nutes on the soil.

I thought you mist inside of cup or does it not matter? I haven’t been misting the plant just want make sure doing it right

That works. Sometimes I do it that way sometimes I just spray the plant. I suppose inside cup is the most acceptable way. I do both with same results.
Sometimes if I’m off work I give them a light mist every hour or 2 and never cover depends on if they dry off. If doing the later you must be attentive.
