Seedling 🌱 just broke the surface of my FoxFarm Ocean Forest soil

I shoot for 60% rh / 60 degrees F and, unless I make more changes, I have to hang my ladies whole to get a full 7 to 10 day dry time.

You don’t want too much air movement, and not directly on them. I have just enough to give the plants a slight sway.

71°F 40%RH at the moment with a fan underneath the buds…been having a tough time getting the environment dialed in…i don’t have any equipment to help me other than a tent and an oscillating fan. Do you have any tips for stabilizing the environment for drying

I dry in a 2 x 3 tent and I have a humidifier in it hooked up to an Inkbird humidity controller. I use a small 4 or 6 inch clip on fan on low pointed at the wall beneath the hanging plant (I hang the whole plant) to give it a little sway. Then I taped a 4 inch dryer duct to the outlet of the window air conditioner set at 60 F and port that into the bottom of my tent. That’s what I’ve got set up - it’s been working pretty well so far.

But that doesn’t help you much if you don’t have a humidifier. You can put water in a large pot or in a bucket with a rag or towel draped over the edge into the water as a wick and put the fan blowing on the wick to bring up the rh.

I was dropping the temperature in the lung room as low as I could get it and drawing that air into the bottom of the tent until I rigged up the ducting off the ac unit.

If you have low humidity you cant solve, just jar it earlier and check on it regularly. In low humidity the outside will get crispy fast but lots of moisture will still be inside the bud, the denser the bud the more water. You can get a slower/more consistent dry using jars a bit early than you can in a tent with low humidity issues.

I use a wood moisture tester and trim/jar around 14-16%(dont go higher than 16% imo, lower is fine). I place the probes into the center stem of a few large buds to measure. Then burp the jars every few hours/daily/as needed until it reaches your desired dryness. My last plant was in jars after ~4-5 days in the tent if I remember right.
