They’re just in rockwool. Rockwool wet with 6.0 ph tap water. They don’t need anything? Till they get their first set of real leaves?

Correct. Rock wool cubes are meant as a temporary sprouting medium. There are no nutrients in it, unless you add them.
After they get established you’ll need to transplant and feed.
