I am growing hydro in 20gal trash cans. I set my net 13" above the top of containers. I let plant grow through net approximately 8", then super cropped and tied down. I continued to tie down as they grew. Once net was about 50% full I flipped lights and continued tying down through the stretch
This was a couple grows ago, but it was 2 Auto Widows & an auto Blueberry @Painfree
I can see this being a good way for me to go once I get my lighting up to par.
