Do you low stress train before you put the scrogg net on

I start LST when the plants are 35 - 40 days old. I use wire to secure them to the sides of the fabric containers until the frames go on. The SCROG frames/nets go on at 50 days or so. Flip to flower at around 60 days old.

So im running at about 40 DLI at the to of my scorg net with the light about 20 inches above. When i flip to flower do i raise the light as the buds grow or change the DLI .

Raise you light and bump that DLI up to 45 after the stretch is over. You can push the lighting intensity more just pay attention to leaves. Some strains handle intense lighting better than others
