Not really, I think there is much confusion because taxonomy for cannabis is all messed up. Someone, name withheld, differentiated sativa from indica as a strain, as an example. Heres the problem, sativa is not a strain, nor is indica or afghanica. Each of these families have many strains, the effects, terpines and plant growth can very widely. Case in point, Afghanistan has many provinces and districts, and many strains that are quite different across the country. The hashish from one province can be totally different from another province, yet they are all newly classed as Afghanica, which is neither Indica nor sativa. The plants can be anything from short bushes, to huge balls or tall spindly vine like things.
Other parts of the world have similar things, such as Africa. Now lets take a plant from Africa and blend it with a Dutch hybrid, such as Dutch Treat or maybe a Columbian plant… what are you going to call that? Sativa dominant? Who knows what was in the wood pile? Modern hybrids tend to be whatever grows the strongest weed. And honestly, some phenotyoes of Afghan plants are unreal powerful. As for the way it makes the user feel? Well that depends alot on how the terpines and the cannabinoids interact with the users receptors. Not all people feel the same stone from the same plant.

I love high end 50/50

Informative. Sativa and Indica have different botanical properties, hence creating different effects on the mind and body. There are some amazing cbd products available in the market and sativa strain is my personal favorite.
