Hey i had the same thing going on with my plants. I flushed them with 3 gallons of 6.0 ph bought a bag of earthworm casting to layer the top soil its been a week and just starting to look normal

U prob should flush again and shoot for your run off to be 6.5 are you using dry amendments or liquid feedings what’s your run off ppms? when my water ph got that low on any of my grows I started having cal mag problems looks like yours is way worse plant is eating itself
