So what would some safe cleaning products to sterilize/disinfect all the equipment.
Hydrogen peroxide is as safe as they get and many users here use it for various things like killing mold/mildew and disinfecting grow spaces.

I like using chlorox wipes and then a buckets of water and a towel or two… hated cleaning the tent after the grows

Vinegar, peroxide, paracetic acid are all good. Bleach leaves a toxic residue.

I use most of what the others has stated but I try to keep my tent as clean as possible during the grow. If you keep a clean area when you grow , you will have very little to do. happy growing

Not if you neutralize it
Sodium hypochlorite - sodium thiosulfate
Not that I neutralize mine , you can get it in crystallized form at your local pool/spa supply store
Yeah, but paracetic acid, white vinegar and peroxide all dissipate with little or no residue. No need to neutralize it.
Paracetic acid is used in the distilling industry as an industrial sterilant and ideal for using around live yeast cultures.

I have always used isopropyl alcohol.
