Rosin puck tincture questions

I’m going to make a tincture with used press pucks. Would it be better to leave it out at room temperature to help separate the oil left inside?
Standard procedure is to freeze the trichomes but that isn’t the case here.
Any help would be appreciated . Thank you

I am no help here, but I am interested and will be looking forward to the answers. In a few weeks I will start working with ethanol extraction using a vacuum still from Torr Kitchen.

I save them in the freezer and when I have enough for a run, I make cannabutter with them by soaking in hot liquid butter for several hours in a crockpot.
I also run alcohol extraction and want to try using the same process I use for making FECO out of trim , only with press pucks. I have a gallon zip full so a run is in order. Ill follow up in this post before, during, and after. :+1:
