Wood working is a nice calming thing, thats why i love my chainsaws lol.
Neighbor gave me an old edger, we have saws and routers. Mrs.Bâs Dad was a union carpenter so shes got sawdust in her veins also.

For work on a jobsite, yes I have, shapers ,molders, planers, jointers and a big arse trailer full of tools.

Nice Bunger been a trim carpenter going on 36 yrs. Been at it for 38 yrs but figured out how to get inside the house instead of outside framing.

Yes thats a sign of excellent craftsmanship Brother. Im more of a wood butcher. People ask me i will say yes but im not a finisher. The finesse isnt quite there.

Its not for everyone for sure, we have trouble find others to replace us, we getting to the age where we about used up, I know Iam to many ladders and hrs on the body,1yr and 4 months then I go partime, want to do lots more before I need rebuilds on knees, hips, shoulders wrists!

Thats what we do because of our programing, today theres so much of the younger generation that doesnât want or care to know. I know when i was coming up through my ranking at work we worked with the guys who rebuilt the old style lift bridges on the erie canal learned from them. I was an Equipment Operator Instuctor before retiring the youngster just want the easy jobs.
