Lots of white pistols, I would wait until those pistols turn orange and start to retract….you have a way to go. I’m an amateur, but you probably have several weeks to go.
@Shawn_R_P looks like you still have several weeks left to go. How long ago did it start flowering?
4-5 more weeks. 11 weeks from seed does not matter nor what the breeders state. Once she has hedgehogs, if you count weeks then that is when the clock starts ticking. She appears to be in the 4th week of flower.
I run autos, typically they take 13-15 wks from seed (around 90-100 days).
As for yours, I’d wait. Like previously mentioned there’s far too many white pistiles left.
As for what’s advertised by seed company’s, it’s typically not accurate (in my experience).
They’ll say anything to sell a seed 
You gotta also consider these companies grow / advertise in the “perfect world” which we all know doesn’t exist… Grower’s experiences are gonna be different depending on who you talk to…there’s far too many variables…
My advise would be to keep growing and trying different things until you figure out what works for you and your setup.
