I have heard that she should stay in there for the complete seedling period. I have also heard to remove it once she has sprouted. What are the benefits to either.
I keep it until its got a few nodes or the leaves touch the dome. I think one advantage is the humidity in the dome keep the plant moist and not having to add a lot of water to something that not rooted very well yet. It lets her get her legs going.
I use clear solo cups as humidity domes. I usually take them off when the leaves get close to touching or actually touch the dome.
I also remove once the leaves touch the dome. I tried removing early last grow and she tried to lay right down on me.
I kept mine in the propogater or under a dome for like a week. But now, I take the dome off after 1 day and run the humidity in the tent at around 75% and they do very well.
I do the same thing. 1-2 days under the dome then I crank my humidity to 80% and I start them with a gentle fan. It gets them use to bending (dancing) it trains them to be strong
