Question about Tracking threads

I’m following several threads that I want to get notifications on. The problem is I’m also getting emails each time somebody post. I’m on site often enough to see notifications and I would rather not get email every time someone post something to each thread. At what level should I set following to, so I get notifications and no email. I’ve been getting dozens of emails each day.

Try unsubscribing in the email itself, it will stop them all

To stop it just go into you’re profile preferences and on the right tab click emails. Then just set it to never. It should look like this.
