Im curious that it appears I have been under watering the girls.Been watching trichomes and not enough amber for me.I lowered the temps to low 70s with lights on.Normally 80-83.Have a ac feed on another one and it turned purple.This one is doing the same after the temperature change.I assume im causing this change but am I causing any harm by doing this?

Nice fall colors, lower temperature will do that.

Looks nice…cooler temps can cause color changes. Totally normal.

Thanks guys.I know im getting close and am only giving them water.It appears the trichomes are getting more intense.Smell not as much.Is there something natural somebody likes to do towards the end to bulk up or oil up a little more intense?Thanks again everyone!!

I’m actually not hydro. I’m in promix with mg and perlite. Thinking about giving it a try but want to figure this out first.Baby steps. I’m learning a lot. Unfortunately sometimes at the girls expense.

Thanks.It happened to another one that the whole plant buds and all are purple.This one just started doing it.Gotta run the ac and heavy temperature swing from mid 80 to low 70s while lights are on and off it appears.By no means am I an expert.Just trying to figure it out.

If you have the capability to dim your lights a bit that would preserve the terpenes some. Intense light will evaporate the terps a little bit. Plus you mimic nature as the sunlight is less intense during the fall when cannabis normally matures and finishes.

It’s a sign you’re keeping temps on the cooler side. I was recently listening to some growers discussion and it was floated that cooler temps are the way to dense buds, which was a bit of a surprise. The recommended 70 - 80 as a good spread of temps over the course of a day.

Yes I do have the capability.So dial the ppfd to what?Im trying to stay around 1000 and not over 1200 I was told.
They are very dense.Waiting for more amber to show.
Purple is good in this case 
I cant help but notice there’s a few dead dry leafs on the buds.
I just lost about half my harvest from a plant due to a few of them i missed rotting and ruining about 4oz. Id dig them out, anything dead goes at all cost!

Yes there is I have been using long medical tweezers to pull them out.I put too many in a 4 by 4 and ive caused more damage breaking branches.Learning experience I guess.Ill get back to it tonight.They pull out easier when there is no green on them.
