Purple buds - wet media

I’m currently in the last week of flower and I have one of my plants that the media is very wet, and the buds are turning purple, and I want to make sure it is not a sign of bud rot… I have three of the same auto flowers and the other two are staying bright green.

I am using self watering bases, and the side of the fabric pot is quite damp and the surface media (coco perlite mix) is wet also… my other pots are mostly dry on the top.

It has no drank much over the last couple of days.

I put a picture below of the bud color on this one plant.

Any feedback would be appreciated, since I am not watering, the plant is drinking slowly but keeping the pot quite wet. I do have a ocillating fan below the canopy, one above, and my exhaust fan on high

Purple coloration is normal for some strains at late flower. I don’t seen any signs of bud rot. If your humidity is in check and you are providing good airflow, then you won’t have to worry about molds.

I added two additional photos, 1 from the wet plant and the other from the same genetics next to it… humidity in the tent is 48. - 56 %

Looks good to me. During late flower, the uptake of water and nutrients slows down dramatically. Thats another tale tale sign shes finishing up…

Looking tasty! What strain?

If you have had a resent low dip in temperature it’s normal for the buds to purple up. I’ve actually done it on purpose to achieve the purple look.
