Bid bud although still small is I think ready to start flowering nutes soon, I held off on Paranoia and it might have caused her grow rather than flowering so I will try on BB to start feeding flowering nutes now amd see how she responds…a little mischievous experimenting

I think I see a small light on the fan? If so, put a piece of dark tape over it to prevent any nasty surprises during flowering.
I was reading that autos wouldn’t be affected much by small leaks etc. CI might though as she is a photo. I didnt even thinks off that, thanks @blackthumbbetty, will cover it just in case.

i covered the lights in my tents too unless it is green light. It seems like I read little lights are not supposed to bother autos. I didn’t want to chance it on all the time as BTB said. I know I have my tent open quiet a few times during the dark time and they have no issues, One reason i will stay with autos for a while. I have the lowers sreen opening open that is right near a window. it does get some bleed over light. I am not saying it is safe for any one. But for my self. It has not bothered my plants that I can see.
Now to your tent. Did you get a 3x3 or 4x4? I have been thinking about running my filter down the center too. I am just not sure if I could get the light coverage I need. It would have worked on the B.D. but not to sure about the B.B.
It looks like you are off to a great start though. Give it another week and your B.B. should really start to grow. At least mine did shortly after starting to flower. Oh, what are the yellow things in your picture there?

It’s 3x3x6 @Not2SureYet and the yellow things are sticky traps for any flying bastards that might visit. So far it’s great at catching regular buzzers not so much with fungus gnats, however, I got a tip from my grow shop guy that some people lie those flaps directly on top of the soil around the plant to catch any gnats trying to get out of the soil…

Oh and my lights are in centre at least the cob bit much lower than the filter if needed I’ll move the filter out of the way if I need put the lights higher. You reached your highest with lights?

I have maxed mine out once and had to re configure my cables. It was on the B.B. I did the once for the AK too. I will see how tonight goes when I move it back to the 3x3 tent. it is only 72" tall. The 4x4 is 80" and that is where the B.B. is. I figured out I can run the lights lower if I don’t feed as heavy. I started burning leaves when I tried to go to 1/2 strength on the B.D. I am getting things figured out little by little. Both the AK and B.B. are just about 36: tall if I remember right.
I am crossing my fingers for you. I could only really fit just one of these comfortably in the 3x3, maybe a little one with the Ak if it was in there… I will be posting a couple new pictures tonight. I will tag you once I do

Had to drive around little spawns of evil today so while spawn no 1 went to a b-day party and spawn no 2 was accupied with choosing the perfect set of pokemon cards with dad, I treated myself to a cute tiny mason jar for my stash:smiley:, chalk labels and chalk pens to complement the cuteness

Today Paranoia got something resembling a flush I hope. She’s in a 16 l root nurse pot so I got deionised water and poured 15 litres into her of that water at 6.6 ph with 1/2 strenght nutes. What came out was 6.1. I poured first 5 litres and measured run off: 6.1, the next 5 litres where same but obviously much more came out and same with the last 5 litres.
Now, I did that because she got purple stems at the middle-top leaves and the newer growth started to look paleish. However, can’t really see on pics the discoloration of newer growth.
Since I fed her with every watering at lower strenght I assume there was a salt build up and ph of soil is off. I think I was right cus what comes out is at 6.1 and now the thing is I fed her always at 6.2 so if that run off dropped by 0.6 then my soil must have been at 5.6! That means she might not have taken magnesium, calcium, phosphorus… and I read that those purple stems might be due to phosphorus lock out etc. Also might be the reason she is slowish and only started to flowering recently.
Are my conclusions correct?

I repeated the process on C. Indica…but just 5 litres in with nutes at 6.6 ph…what came out was 5.7 L 
Now I need to get some ph up cus I am unable to go beyond 6.6 with just rhizotonic anymore…I maxed out, and I assume that to fix this mess I need to water with 7ph until I get the run off to at least 6.2 ideally 6.5 am I right folks?
You are correct. You answered your own questions perfectly. I would get some Ph up and water at 7.0 a couple of times and that should get you to 6.3 eventually. Good job.

Good morning growers:)
Everything looks great,the girls didn’t drop after that hefty watering and look happy. I did BB at 7.1ph with less nutes and the run off was 5.8 
Not sure if the next watering should be plain water at 7ph or with mild nutes as always.
Also I am worried the pistils tips on some sites are turning orange, isn’t that wayyyy to early? To high nitrogen?

Don’t know about high nitrogen but I’ve seen mine turn before early, bud they just keep on stacking, shooting out more fresh pistols

Keep an eye out for any nanners or lone balls. I’ve noticed they’ll turn early if pollinated. Stupid hermie prone seeds I started with.
