what kind of driver(s) do i need to run four of these? im going to bite the bullet and build a nice board
A TS 3000 would certainly do the job. But consider my advice.

with these lights i should be able to grow some fat nugs as long as i water and do all that right, right? in a 4x4
Probably not enough light but it will help get you a bigger yield. I bought 2 HLG 260xl rspec kits. Before them, my max crop was 3.32 oz dried, cured and no stems.
With these two kits, I got almost 15 oz off 2 plants and the 3rd should give at least 1.5 lbs dried, cured and no stems.
