Please help me ID these bugs and best way to deal w/them

Here’s a pic from my last grow. I saw this little guy and tried to id him but he was the only one I found but the white spheres under the leaf are called stomata

I just got done inspecting the plants it’s been 3 days since I sprayed with peroxide/water/dawn. I found a few adults all dead but when I was almost done I found some babies looks like they just hatched one was dead I think but the second one was moving not crawling just it’s legs. So I think I already no I need to spray them again i already mixed up the captain jacks and some dawn I Just wanted to get your guises opinion make sure it was the right move well like I said I have only could find anything on the plants! @fanoman,@covertgrower @Drinkslinger @Myfriendis410 image|375x500

Looks dead! If you’re regularly applying you should be alright.
