Hey guys so my plants seem to be taking on a yellow tint early into the flowering stage. I know its fairly normal for new growth. But I’m starting to see it in the bigger fan leaves as well. Also I’ve noticed before lights out they seem to be pretty saggy. I’ve been kicking around an afternoon watering as well as the morning? I fear I may overwater though? My medium is coco coir and I’ve heard its almost impossible to overwater? I added a little cal mag to yesterday’s feeding with the sensi bloom and b-52. My ph is always 5.8. I tested my runoff and that is also at 5.8. Hard to tell from the pics. But I assure you everyday a little more yellow. I’ve also been wondering if maybe my pots are too small? 3lb fabric. I have noticed roots growing through the bottom. Im not seeing holes in tbe leaves and apon inspection no detection of pests as far as I can tell. Any ideas on how I can make these girls as green as possible?
I don’t see anything abnormal.
Concerned about a little yellow among new growth? It’s normal. Give her a few days to chlorophyll to fill the new growth in and it will transition to a darker green color.
What about the saggy late in the day? Is this normal?
Drooping comes and goes. Usually around lights out or lights on. Over or underwatering can also cause drooping. So long as the drooping doesn’t last a long time there is nothing to be concerned about. Drooping after watering is also common.
I think your doing great new growth looks good my plants do the same around an hour before the light turns off so that’s normal
You are not in flower yet preflower maybe.
So I have been wondering about that? The pistils have developed along the stem in a few areas. Should I keep my lights at the veg distance? And when is the plant concidered full flower stage?
Ok good. Thank you!
Ok. Sounds like I’m doin alright then. Thank you for the input. Paranoid lol
She’s just showing her sex right now. Full flower is when there’s buttons on the tips of every branch. I grow outdoors so I couldn’t tell you what to do with the lights.
Preflower can last 2-3 weeks sometimes
Ok. Yeah seems like they have been in preflower for a good week and a half now then. Thank you for clarifying
