So ive got some curiosities as to whats going on here. My plant is clearly flowering, but looks as tho part of the plant is further along in the flowering process than the rest. Is this possible?
How long has it got til its ready? Indica strain!
These are pics from the main stalk/cola branch that look like starting to get brown portals already.
Yes I know its got yellowing, been told its an iron deficiency related to incorrect ph which im addressing. Any Advice on how long it will taktake b4 ph corrections will turn the yellow green again and if it will have any major effect on buds appreciated
wow they eat alot, I a new grower but I haven’t seen yellowing of leaves from inner to outer of the leaf…someone with more experience should chime in to help out.
Garden soil, clayish but good drainage. Ph was 7.5 but treated it and down to between 6.5-7.
Bites seasol and powered during veg, heavy weight(p&k) since flowering at week 1 and 3. Week 4 of flower i think now. Gave it a mild dose of powerfeed at week 3 after adjusting ph.
Damn, I use Fox Farm everything, soil, nutes so I really don’t know much outside of their brand. I got a bunch of really knowledgeable people who are constantly feeding me good info. @kellydans@merlin44@Borderryan22@beardless@alexankh can anybody help growmie out?
are you in pots outdoors or directly in the ground?
i’d be surprised if the leaves that turned yellow ever turn back green. if your ph issue is fixed then your new growth should be the indicator that your issue is fixed, not the already damaged leaves.
good luck! i’m tagging along for the ride to see what happens.
It’s directly in the ground. I have seen some slight changes of the yellowing going green again but not much. Apart from the yellowing it looks healthy, leaves are perky not droopy .
Not sure if i should defoliate at this point or not since it had the yellowing issue is it still recovering or will a defoliation help with putting more energy back into the bud sites and help correct the issues i had. Havnt really done any pruning at all apart from removing a few of the badly eaten fan leaves the catapillars left me. Thinking it could use a bit of a trim or “Lilly popping” maybe. Not sure, I’m just hoping it will produce good buds and I won’t be left disappointed in 2 months time. The developing buds are rather sticky and smell amazing
Here are some pics. It has heaps of crowns and top head sites, some of them are rather big too.
Are you PHing feed to sweet spot after mix ? Also I would clean up around the bottom of the plant remove a few leafs close to the ground. It also looks like white powder mildew in one of the pictures at the bottom of the plant.
Yea i mix up water and nutes check ph b4 watering/feeding.
Yea I think i will tidy up the bottom a bit, just hoping that the yellowing doesn’t affect harvest.
