They all look healthy, except the leaves are pointing up at like a 60 degree angle. Are they getting too much sun?

Whew. Was worried. First time nerves I guess. Started indoors on April 30 and moved outside June 1. They have grown but not at rate I expected. Assumed I was doing something wrong.
