Plants budding to early

i had my plants , in the shower , in 1 gal pots 8 of them , left lights on 24 - 7 … did real good . at about 18 inch tall , i moved them outside , and put in 25 gal pots , now after a week , 3 of them are getting hairs , like they want to bud , will they go back in veg, state , there all 8 fim seeds , NOT auto flower
