I have had this plant in 12/12 light for a week.
It still hasn’t started to flower.
What could cause this ?
There are no light leaks. Door to room is closed during lights off. Tent is in room. Rdwc system.
Just wondering what could be the issue or if it is normal to take a while. Its ilgm gorilla glue.
There has been a couple times I opened tent within 15 min of lights out by accident.
A week to 10 days would still fall under normal.
Agree with @kellydans. I flipped 2 of mine 13 days ago and they are just now starting to show pistils. Patience, grasshopper. 
I agree. I count the first two weeks after 12/12 flip as transition to flowering. Your plants look on track.

Some just take a little longer. I agree with all of the above 
This Red Dragon that @Not2SureYet gave me took all of a month to show pistils FYI.
My Bubba kush last grow was the same. I thought it was never going to change
