Plant is 5 week old now still no flowering. Its been switched over to a 12/12 cycle for the last 3 days with no changes yet.

Two things to remember,
First it can take up to two weeks to start seeing flowers after switching to 12/12
Second, the plant has to be mature enough to flower before it will and even under 12/12 lighting it wont start till is ready.
5 Weeks old should be old enough, but sometimes it can be longer…
Either way its gonna take some time to see flowers.
That plant looks great and very healthy.
You don’t have any worries from what I see.
Edit: Looking at your second picture I don’t see any preflowers yet so I believe your plant is still too young to flower. No Hermie at all from what I see.

Nice looking plant , I don’t see any male parts. Most of the time after flipping to 12/12 light Schedule 7 to 10 days you will start seeing white pistils.
