Pests on leaves, weeks into flowering

Noticed these tiny, green, sticky balls on the leaves of an indoor GDP fast photoperiod plant the other day. Today used my loupe and confirmed my pest suspicion. Are these aphids? Is there anything I can do?
Plant is currently in flower, maybe 4 weeks in.

(Also any way to control/eliminate aphids in an indoor grow tent setup?)

Thanks in advance

I would advice set the same, but apply no more than every three days

Any issue applying under the lights? Don’t want to torch my leaves but also don’t want to open tent when lights out…

No sir, just make sure you get under the leaves

Don’t spray them with lights on time left, spray them just before lights out. Spray to drench, especially underside of leaves every three days for two weeks will rid you of pests. I spray and run fans with no lights until they dry, pretty fast with fans.
