Advice needed , had to pull clones from very healthy plant for circulation and shaping. Is 1 ma-600 air pump good for two 1 gallon containers, has two outputs, 1 hose in each. Can it be temporary or long enough to get roots. The branch had a healthy large knuckle where it met the main stem

I cut, prep and stick in prepared coco and put them under a dome.

thanks for help, visualize 1 branch, placed in 1 gallon jug, azos added water ph.d 6.0, end razor bladed between two nodes dipped in powder, 1 airline fed into jug. i did this as a beta. i am not new to gardening or growing. seeking advice, thoughts, anyone try something like this.
workin with a feminized super skunk,growing outdoors in natural soil amended by my homemade compost,manure teas. topped down to 3rd node way back. i raise plants like children, lovingly but not tenderly. practice combo, LST & EST, i start by using the appropriate size dewalt construction clamp to pinch the branch right below nodes. i rarely break anything, and things that appear damaged adjust quickly. i use landscape staples on branch ends when a weighted branch needs to be pulled down further. staples are adjusted in am. i aim for a 3 foot tall canopy. branches recover and staples fall off. i have added verticals because i know bud size and weight will be an issue. just hit pre-flowering and is 3 feet tall by 4 wide, have two bubble gums and 1 gruntz, all doing nicely, but SS is the Amazon Big Sister

I get rooting powder from Home Depot and put them in a personal soil mix. Then I leave them under the dome on for 7 days. Keep It Stupid Simple and I find it works better

@cigarman510 so you are trying to clone an entire branch, not just the top? In water that’s being aeriated with air stones or something similar?
I clone the lazy, cheap way; just take the cuttings and put in a jar of water, just like the old ladies at the office used to do with houseplants. Now I’m an old man no longer in the office, I do this with cuttings.
So are you doing something similar, but bubbling the water? And more of a branch, like 5 or 6 nodes on it? Should work, after a couple weeks, maybe 3 or 4, I get this…
Oh, I just use tap water, sometimes add in a bit of my nutes to the water, depends on how stoned I am! But I do cut the tips off of all my leaves, I’ve heard it signals the plant that it can’t rely on those leaves for photosynthesis and triggers root production. Works for me!
Question for you…in your experimentation days, have you ever harvested a photo plant and tried to graft several cuttings INTO the existing leftover stem/root system? I might try that next year, no cuttings ready now, but imagine grafting 5 cuttings onto a base with a well-developed root system!
