A question from a fellow grower:
I’m growing a couple different kinds and I’m wondering when is the optimal time to start topping them and I have also trying to get a cutting to root any helpful hints?
As for topping wait until you have 5 nodes/true sets of leaves, look in guides for proper cloning advise I use rootech gel rapid rooter plugs distilled water ph’d down to 6 but most important is the size of the cuttings too small and you will have very poor odds.
When you top a plant, you can use that cutting to root a clone. Get some rooting powder at the garden store and follow directions
