Gotta be an indica since pain relief and sleep are what I address medically. GCS would be a good choice, though it is only 60/40.
If I were just a recreational user, I’d have to go with a sativa. I just picked up some green punch that is really nice.

I enjoy Maui Wowie but it makes me sleepy. Super lemon haze I think was pretty good.

I like the variety and jumping from one plant to the next seems to give me an increased high. At last count I think I have 18 different strains on hand right now…favorites include Cherry Gelato, C99/Durban Thai (although this one is SERIOUSLY potent), and Game Changer.

Id say red bud condensed in a can
My #1, which came from a oz of Cherry Do Si Do from Las Vegas. The oz had 2 seeds in it. I grew them, both were female. One of plants produced buds that were just like what came in the oz, great stuff. The other plant looked nothing like the buds in the bag or the other plant, but was the stickiest plant I’ve grown in 25 years of indoor growing, and the taste and high are out of this world. Once I realized how special she was, I harvested her but left enough small buds at the bottom to reveg her and clone her. I will keep her around in clones til I die.

Wonka bars from Exotic Genetix perfect hybrid for me where incan sleep if tired/smoke enough and uppity sativa like during the day. Super frosty as well so it would be a good candidate for hash making.

I would have to go with white widow. The concentrates are great on my back and seems to work the best so far. But I’m still on the hunt for something better. Lol
