Very unusual indeed. Can’t help other than it maybe revegging has it come from inside to outside. I had a few plants that started life inside under lights and put them outside and they grew funky leaves and lots of them few years back.

Not much help

Thats what I thought first. But now her buds are starting to fatten up. Smells and looks like it might make some good smoke, So I’ll just let it ride.

I took some pollen from my hermed Big Bud and slathered it on some lower branches of that gold leaf with a q-tip. Don’t know why I did it, just seemed like a thing to do. Honestly I was baked. So we will see. Gold leaf sativa and big bud indica. Just another hybrid cross? The rabbit hole of seeds/genetics is so deep I doubt I have enough lifetimes left to get to the end. But it is fascinating.

Yep end of the day that’s all that matters.
Does it grow nice flowers and more importantly do those flowers have a good effect.
How far into flower are they.
I pollenated some flowers summer before last but was a bit late and it was touch and go if the seeds were going to mature in time before the plant started dieing naturally.
2nd or 3rd week of flowering optium window to pollenate I found.
Let us know how this plant progresses re flowers and be seed production

Well yes I do, but that image is not my trees, its a couple twin brothers in Northern Cali that grow outdoor. It was an example of what can be attained in a very large pile of good soil, with sun and water with lots of space. Obviously genetics plays a pretty major role too.

Hoping to get some seed. She’s at about 4-6 weeks flowering, I think. I adopted her a few months back. Sometime I get them confused. But that one is pretty distinct with her onesie leafs.

Feminizing stops genetics!

Would stoping genetics preserve genetics?

Could if you had infinite seed and didn’t need males, but reintroduction of new genetic material is super important for vigour

I bred some great Lebanese last year. And the nice part is you still get variation. Even though you only have one male and one female, every seed will have a different outcome…slightly
