So dropped some seeds on 420 for an outdoor grow in Colorado at my buddies house. 1 White widow and 1 green crack feminized and then a few regular Mexican red hair/afghan hybrid.
Looking forward to growing some photos for the first time!

Oh, and here are some pepper plants and rose of Sharon I started indoors. Weather in Colorado not ready for them to go outside yet. Peppers may stay inside, we will see.
Beautiful soaring Green Eagles ![]()

lol. Never looked at it that way but they for sure look like soaring green eagles. Love it!
Good luck with these!
Coming along nicely. Will start hardening off and get them in the ground soon. Funny mutation on the green crack seed. The second set of leaves did not separate but looks like it is still pushing out leaves below that. May be one that I top. Probably going to top 2 twice, top 2 once, and leave 2 alone for the Mexican red hairs
If ya don’t want seeds, be easy with it. May have already dropped some pollen ![]()

Crud. These are at a buddy’s house and windy outside. I brought it home so is away from the others now. Hope we don’t get seeds.
With seed sales being threatened it may be a good thing to have extra ![]()

Kill her now. Doesnt “look” like opened. Good thing is males put out grapes early and fast. Easy to catch if watching. But as mentioned, sometimes beans are good. Especially if know the strains.
4 of the 7 were males. 3 showed very early and we tossed. This one took a little longer. Time will tell. I will do a search but feminized plants can also get pollinated correct?
Happy 4th of July everyone! 5 of 7 of the red hair ended up being male. So have 4 growing outdoors in kind of a shady area. One is flowering pretty good already.
Turns out 6 of 7 of the Mexican red hair/afghan were males. Likely I will have seeds as I just pulled the last male a couple of weeks ago. My buddy did not know and several pods were open right next to the other three. He has them under his covered patio so not getting a ton of direct light. Hope to get at least a little harvest. Would have to grow out some seeds if the red hair pollinates the green crack and white widow. Could be an awesome pairing.
