Nutrients/Watering/PPM/

Did you feed your plants nutrients? It looks like you fed them the example feed that was showing you how to measure nutrients. We never discussed the new feed as you weren’t ready to water yet.

What was the PPM of your water and the total amount of feed that you fed each of your plants this morning?

Crap!! You are right I completely miss read. I fed… They were dried out and dropping heavy.

So,
plant #1 ran off 1380ppm
Plant #2 ran off 1140ppm
Correct?

I’m assuming the information that published correct with the runoff numbers.

Thank God my example didn’t consist of incredibly high numbers or your runoff would have been horrible.

Nevertheless, you did what’s called push the girl to the limit feed  it’s not going to hurt them. You might notice some slight burn tips on some leaves telling you she had enough.

The numbers aren’t ridiculous but they are high.

On your next feed what I would do is…
I would use distilled water for this

Water
1mil micro (per gallon)
1mil grow (per gallon)
1mil bloom (per gallon)
And nothing else
Do not pH the water
Water your plants and get 10% run off

OK, OK, I like what I am reading here. I did notice on a couple of the lower flowers the pistils looked all shriveled up and burnt orange. Other then that yes very little burn on the tips. I will send pictures on this soon…
on 5/28 they were completely dried out. I feed them distilled water PH 6.5. PPM-0 CM-0
P#1 Run OFF
ph 6.45
ppm 1370
cm2740

P#2
PH-6.68
ppm-1020
cm-2020

Pistols are supposed to curl up and turn orange this is totally normal it’s called maturity.

The numbers look good from the runoff.
P#1 Run OFF
ph 6.45
ppm 1370
cm2740

P#2
PH-6.68
ppm-1020
cm-2020

Plant #1 is only slightly over your 1000 PPM Target. So I would feed her Base Nutrients only on the next feed with the feed totaling 500ppm (if you’re using advanced nutrients do not pH the water) used distilled water if you have it.

Plant #2 is 100% On Target. I would feed this plant 600 PPM total of just base nutrients only. Once more totaling 600 PPM and do not pH the water if you’re using Advanced Nutrients. Also try to use distilled water for this

Be sure you get run off on your next feed (all your feeds) as it dictates what the next bead will be after this one

Here is the run-off numbers from yesterdays watering.

P#1 PH-6.48 PPM 837 CM-1670
P#2 PH-6.48 PPM 1200 CM 2410

Both looking really good.

From what I am seeing they are ready to feed. @Lostgirl do you still recommend this with he seeing the updated numbers?

Question?
After mixing your nutrients in one gallon of water, how much do you feed each of your plants out of that gallon? 2cups? 4cups? 8cups? and how much do you feed for each size of pot?
Example-
3gal fabric pot-1-2cups of feed out of the gallon?
5gal-2-4cups?
10gal-5-7cups? And so on…???

The numbers are fine from yesterday’s feed

Let me get this straight. You just fed them yesterday and now they’re dry again?

That’s not the way that I feed. I feed to Runoff Everytime

I grow in 3 gallon pots. To get 15% runoff I have to feed them 1-1/2 gallons of nutrient mix per plant/per feed

Yes I did feed them just water, yesterday. And yes they look as if they will be dry again by tomorrow.

I would feed number one 700 ppms and number two at 500 PPM feed to 10 to 15% runoff shooting for 1,000 ppms run off. Depending on your runoff numbers simply feed accordingly to the runoff runs off low feed more nutrients runs off high feed less.

Eventually they’ll both reach about a thousand ppms eating and a thousand ppms running off

When do you prefer to feed? In the morning when they wake up? Or mid morning? I like to do it when they first wake up…

I want to confirm that we are are on the same page with what FOX Farm nutrients I am using. Also…
Do you still recommend the 1ml application as noted above with my fertilizers listed in the picture below? Or will that change now? And do not PH the water on this application. Why? Do we not PH the water on this feed? They look good overall. I will send pictures shortly. I will have to mount the exhaust fan above now as the temps are climbing into the low 80’s in the room.

I thought you were using Advanced Nutrients. I didn’t realize you had Fox farm trio.

So yes you absolutely pH your water after mixing

Still feed at the same ppms I just don’t know how much it will take of your foxfarm nutrients to get you there mix as needed
