I have four plants growing outdoors. One Girl Scout Cookies along with a Double Peaches and two Hellcats. The GSC is older, planted in April and the others were planted June 15th. GSC is a lot further along in flower but the leaves are horrible looking compared to the leaves of the other ones. All plants are grown in the same dirt following the same fertilizing and water regimen. Why are the leaves so different on these plants. Do I need to up the nitrogen on the GSC?

Some plants eat more than others. Even same strain plants are different from eachother and will grow slightly different. I would start off with checking the pH first.
