Looks like a leaf that doesn’t get enough light and sits on the soil sometimes so it’s a little sickly looking… I would cut it off

If it was nutrient burn it would show up in the tips of the leaves, like everyone else said cut that bottom leaf and as for your issue it could be a few things ,over watering over feeding , but it kinda looks like over watering or wind burn ,did you get water on the leaf?

I think it’s over watering I’ll cut back and let it dry out more before I water next time
