White widow outside grow in Pittsburgh area, humid and hot. Found these spots on plant today. Looked with loup its not pests. What could it be? Fungus or deficiency?

Sorry missed where you use loop did you look under the leaves or have you seen any webbing

Looks like spider mites to me as well. You really have to grab several effected leaves at dusk at look hard with a loop.

Definitely looks pest related. Would do a thorough spray with Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew before sundown, and every day until harvest. Then a good bud wash.
