I saw it
Believe it or not, by leaving a few sugar leaves on the buds help preserve the buds for longer storage. They just fall off when ready to roll.

Yeah a lot of mine have booger sugar on them so I leave them to help make the bud potency stick lol.
I’m just messing with him cause he always giving me smack about leaves on mine.
I forget the rapper who says “and you know it” in their verse but it popped in my head reading this lmao

I need to get some snaps of my cured stuff. Been like 2 month now? Looks awesome, smells awesome, just awesome stuff.
Fun news, got a 3d printer for my bday and back to printing my bongs I designed.
If it came during the 4th I’d have tried out my freedom bong hahaha
Kek clips work. Had an issue with the mouth part so not the best print but decent. Going to get back to selling to smoke shops and maybe to friends who want them.
Will be 100% waterproof and cleanable with iso or anything else. Can be used with glass down stems or just bowls as it has a built in perc.
I also need to get some shots of my cured NL, maybe later today.
Wow thats cool, ive never seen one before and its really interesting how something can create something this way. @Serf
Thanks! I’ve been designing and printing them since about 2018 crazy as that may seem. My wife actually prefers them over the Lobo vape or glass even, no joke. She says she gets much better flavor from them. Can’t say I disagree. Not sure exactly what it is about it. You can take a full rip and not even cough. Maybe it’s due to the fact you can have more complexity but smoother corners and whatnot I dunno.
I just wish 3d printing had gotten a lot faster since the last time I was printing. Still takes 7-16hrs per bong base, then about 2-6hrs from the mouth pieces tops. Still tuning and tweaking settings so eventually maybe.
So far what I’ve got finished. Forgot to upload with the previous post. Now I have to seal them with some super expensive specialty sealer so they are water/gas tight while being safe to use. Wish there was a better way to seal printed parts.
Still the technology is amazing.
So, when voting for this grow-off, I found myself endlessly scrolling trying to see everyone’s uploads and compare - and unless you’re completely glued to the topic it’s hard to really keep track of everyone’s grow.
I figured I’d try and get a tool to get everyones pics in a separate folder, so we can browse through this when we’re voting on grow-offs.
Here’s a link with all the participants entries in separate folders: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1J8ZZ70XqxmWX55Oj7VkoZ-pTDsBdQyqJ/view?usp=sharing
Please have a look, see if it works, and let me know if this is helpful!
@dbrn32 maybe we can add this link with the poll once we’re ready for voting on the new grow-off - curious to hear your thoughts!
Little update, definitely still a work in progress as the images cannot be viewed it looks like ![]()
that is just what I was about to write…
LOL I was just going to report that.
Probably a little overzealous here - as this aggregates all the pictures uploaded per user during the grow-off - quite awesome, but the file is rather large.
Of course, we could just decide to just do this with last images uploaded by each respective user.
Going to do some further tinkering!
It can all be viewed, but with a little work.
First we have to download the file you created, then unzip it to a folder. Then we can freely view all the pictures. ![]()
Yeah true, only issue is that it’s a large file and its giving a virus-scan warning because of the size.
I was hoping for everything to be visible on google drive so not everyone has to download a 100mb file for partake in the vote.
Here’s another link: 89NorthernLights5Bx Grow-Off - Google Drive
It seems like it may be incomplete, though, only 25 folders, and it seems there might be irrelevant images included.
