Nothing really new happening. Experimenting with the ACI wick base as it’s not providing much water top the bag. Autopots are doing fine, will likely need to refill the res tomorrow. The 4 pots are using about 10 gals a week now. Thermal camera will be here Tuesday and plan to set it up in the tent to monitor temps on the plants, hoping it works out ok with all the reflection in the tent. I’m still waiting on my 55gal barrel to upgrade the res, hoping to have it next week.
I did start lightly training the plants down this weekend. Might utilize some clips to help them stay down more. Still enjoying making time lapses and will try to do weekly ones in the remaining updates then a full time lapse at the end. Forgot to get leaf temps this time. Not feeling great so haven’t been in the grow room much.
Impressed with the Grow with the Growmies using coco. I think the cooler temps might be hindering them a little but all healthy. May The Force Be With You Growmies

Light Schedule/Current Wattage: 18/6. Nothing but 13 watt cloners x 5 shared evenly with the aquariums. and sun in the greenhouse. Watering/feeding frequency: usually every 2 days. One squirt from the turkey baster; =oz. Only aquarium water 6.5 ph. Nutrients: none, no commercial feeds, still in starter mix. Only dose on Monday 6 days ago. Minor uppot with about a tablespoon of coffee grounds and a tspoon of urine soaked char in the bottom under the roots. Followed with aquarium water. Grower comments:
Brr, it’s been chilly here too. Nights in the garage has been getting down in the 40s and really stalling out the growth. They were really root bound in the starter pots 6 days ago when i uppoted them in barely bigger pots. But they have been loving the sun in the greenhouse. Won’t be giving them a real transplant to big pots until I flip them. Then it’s the sun, greenhouse, or bust. The garage will always be my fishroom 1st, garden sprout zone second.
I am really glad I didn’t cull the lil runt. It’s really decided to grow now. I am quite happy with its progress. What a pile of roots from such a lil plant. I am also intrigued by the skinny leaf odd ball. Still skinny and odd shaped. All the others seem pretty uniform plants droop or growth rate differences aside. I have noticed the droop randomly coming and going from all of them throughout the day. Hopefully mine will outgrow it like all the other bigger plants seem to have done. Stay warm and safe all. They seem to be doing ok. I am going to take a closer look at them after work. Was gone all weekend. The warmer weather last week and this coming week should help a little. My oil heater was really struggling to keep up at lights out during the cold spell. I am going to start some training this week. At what age/size/point is considered the start of veg? And when is the “scheduled” 12/12 flip? Good luck y’all!

Temps vary from 63 at lights out to 83 at lights on. (The HLG Tomahawk 720 runs pretty cool. It has a remote driver that I have mounted outside the tent with a box fan blowing on it. I have a few different heat sinks I’m using. A red brick being one and a metal crate with metal plates on the bottom being the other. Not sure which one works best yet.)
Humidity is low very low, in the upper 30’s to lower 40’s. I’m not using my humidifiers at the moment due to a shortage of Distilled water and my tap water clogs up the pre filter on my vent fan so badly that it will not allow any airflow into the filter itself!

Water\feed frequency: just gave a full feed of Jacks 321, and Silica to runoff for the first time a few days ago and a foliar application of BBP.
Started training on them, I Supercropped then FIMed a few days ago. They are picking up the growth some. Still a few weeks to go. I’m not worried a bit… Plenty of time to get these trained out, manifloded mainly. Everything else is done except some pruning here and there.
I dropped the light down closer to the canopies and increased PPFD from 300 to 700+. I’m also giving them periodic blasts of UVA to get them accommodated to it by 12\12. I’m giving them about 8 hours blasts every other day. This will also help me recognize any issues that they might have with UVA lighting before flipping to flower.

Has finally started some growth. Zkittles auto has been harvested so its just these cats. Hanna Solo probably going to be fimmed this week and start LST. Im afraid its a male as it looks pretty spindly and thin. We shall see.

I topped all 3 and started spreading them out. The back right plants’ lateral growth is less than the other 2. I trimmed some leaves to get bud sites exposed. New growth coming is a lighter green in the last few days. I am probably moving to 4 x4 in the week, that grow is just about done. I plan to move the clones to cups when roots appear.

None of the plants are showing sex yet. You can see that the older leaves are ratty. The new growth looks fine. Two of the plants are doing very well with a third doing OK. Two of them are on the puny side but healthy. The larger plants are thirsty and received water shortly after the photo session.
The three larger plants are responding well to the pre-LST. They have significant secondary growth already.
That is enough soil for the NL grow and for my next grow which will be Sativa landrace. The nutrients will last for at least three grows, perhaps four.

Grower comments: i killed 2 to being males, the other two died to issues with growing. My sole NL plant seems to be doing better after topping, and has gotten over its tiger leaf look on the new growth, which looks funny because its going into reveg. Its praying, so everything seems to be good with it!
